Born and raised in the Grand Valley, Chef Nate Williams has always had a passion for cuisine that is uniquely Colorado. Growing up on a Palisade farmstead cultivated this passion, as well as taught him the importance of using fresh, local ingredients whenever possible. With experience at local restaurant legends such as 626 on Rood and Il Bistro Italiano, Chef Nate continues to strive to bring distinctive and one-of-a-kind flavors to the valley.
